I have struggled my entire adult life with fear of performing (singing or speaking) in public and have turned down so many opportunities in life because of this fear. After talking to Peter and having only two hypnotherapy sessions with him, I am completely cured of this irrational and unnecessary fear, leading to a solo performance only a few weeks later. I could never have done that without Peter’s help and if I had known it would be so easy to overcome, I would have done it decades ago! I felt totally relaxed and at ease with Peter right from the start and he is genuinely interested in making sure he has all the background information before even beginning the hypnotherapy session. I really liked the fact that I could record the two sessions and listen to them again and again to consolidate everything I had learned and keep going with the affirmations. I honestly can’t believe what a difference letting go of past fears and insecurities has made to my enjoyment of life. Thank you so much!
